🚀 New Features​

(Available for PowerProtect+ units with factory-installed EnergyTrak™)

  • Generator Toolbox & Essential Control: Trigger remote generator exercises (start/stop) or clear faults directly from the app. Includes safety confirmations, adjustable run times, and a "Recent Command Log."
  • Missed Exercise Alerts: New configurable notifications alert you if a generator fails to exercise for 8 days, ensuring your system is always outage-ready.
  • Site Sharing: Easily share a site's URL with the new "Share" button.
  • Sticky Site Header: Generator status and timestamps now stay pinned to the top of the mobile screen while you scroll.
  • Delivery Failure Reporting: Never miss a critical update. EnergyTrak now detects and reports failed email or push notifications with a "🚫 not delivered" status and reason.
  • InfoHub Transition: As InfoHub sunsets on April 14, 2026, please note that SMS notifications are being evaluated for future EnergyTrak updates.

🧑‍🔧 For Professional Partners​

  • Optimized Device Setup: Improvements to generator setup and device identification simplify the installation experience. New SAP integration automatically pulls generator model and ESN data for factory-installed EnergyTrak devices, eliminating manual entry. Serial number lookups and visual guides are now unified.
  • Pro Notification Management: Pro Admins and Pro Technicians can now edit customer notification settings directly from the User Details screen for easier fleet management.
    Note: System Owners can still only manage personal settings.

🐛 Bug Fixes & Enhancements​

  • Resolved "Session Expired" errors during user deactivation.
  • Fixed duplicate card entries in the payment flow.
  • Optimized request scheduling to resolve KORE rate limit errors.
  • General bug fixes and stability improvements.
