EnergyTrak uses an multi-SIM cellular networking card, allowing it to dynamically connect to the strongest network from our globally supported carriers.
๐๏ธ Generator Toolbox: Remote Start/Stop, Fault Clear
The Generator Toolbox is a control panel within the EnergyTrak app that lets you remotely start or stop your generator and clear active faults โ without being physically present at the site. Commands are sent directly to the monitoring device and tracked in real time so you always know the outcome.
๐๏ธ Generator Operating Mode: Auto / Manual
EnergyTrak continuously monitors your generator's operating mode to determine whether it is ready to automatically protect your site during a power outage. The mode is detected automatically from the generator's hardware โ no configuration is required in the app.

A Malfunction Banner is displayed in the EnergyTrak UI when a site has been flagged with an active issue. The banner shows a description of the problem and, where applicable, a link to support resources.
